Introduction: Welcome! I am a certified massage therapist and polarity practitioner. I love bodywork. It helps our bodies recuperate from physical injuries and pain, and feels good. The effect which continually awes and pleases me is how often, after receiving bodywork, clients feel a change in emotional state, attitude and perspective. Clients tell me regularly how they are more productive, happier, and how more manageable their challenges become. They tend to pick healthier life choices. This is the part of bodywork that inspires me both to receive it myself and keep working with clients. Changes in clients' lives are noticed by those receiving bodywork, even once a month.
