FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you need to get a window cleaning estimate, be sure you have counted each piece of glass. Most windows have at least 2 (one slides over the other, or they crank side by side). Remember bay or planter windows will have multiple panes, and a big picture window is usually just one. Sliding glass doors, are just panes of glass, and count the same way. Skylights, again, that is a single pane of glass. I'm sure you get the idea! So go count, and contact us to get on the calendar! Spring is a great time to get your windows cleaned!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do window cleaning both residential and commercial, gutter cleaning, and power washing. When we clean your windows we include wiping down your screens and windowsills and removing any cobwebs from the window areas in the price. You can also add in chandeliers and light fixtures, mirrors, and any other glass (some people include their glass fronts on their kitchen cabinets!)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you know the number of windows you have, a phone estimate can be provided. But we are always willing to come out and do an in person estimate.
