I have over a decade of full-time NYC teaching experience, plus a Master's in Journalism from Columbia University, and served as a Senior Editor at Yoga Journal (that's what brought me to Colorado!) I can help you reach your goals and feel powerful in life. Yes, you can combine multiple modalities to create a customized session tailored to your needs and goals. NOTE: I am fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (not all yoga teachers are!) and happy to mask up in sessions if that's your preference. My work helps my clients feel more relaxed, productive, and focused. Many have reported significant breakthroughs in their lives: rejuvenated energy that boosts them towards new careers, happier relationships, and a healthier more peaceful relationship with themselves. I have learned so much from Bria through our sessions together. Bria is a most attentive instructor and provides me the valuable feedback I need to improve my practice. What I enjoy most is how Bria has challenged me from the very first day I took her class, until our most recent practice together. Bria’s guidance helped me to reach a level of confidence that I did not know existed, as I was able to access different poses, including the headstand (no wall!). I incorporate many of the stretches I have learned into my other workouts, most recently during a 40+ hour endurance event. Yoga with Bria has opened so many doors for me, physically and spiritually, too many to list in one review. Thank you, Bria!

Wow what an amazing Yogi!!! I’ve had many good yoga instructors before. I have to say that’s Bria stands above them all in my heart. Bria gave me personal attention and helped me with little tweaks that gave me a breakthrough. For this I am grateful!

Bria provided a great one-on-one session and really focused on stress relief, strengthening and stretching techniques. She is one of the best instructors I have had and would certainly recommend her highly.

My reiki session with Bria was absolutely incredible. She is a gifted healer and has an extraordinary energy about her. She found two areas of my body that needed greatest attention, and took me through a transformative Reiki session. I have been to a number of other healers, and have not experienced that type of relief and relaxation anywhere else. Thank you, thank you. I'll be back :)
