I learned boxing from a good friend of mine who is a professional boxer. I love to teach people the basics and see them progress. Boxing is addicting, and once you start you won't want to stop!

I have had several personal trainers in the past but nobody more excellent than Anthony. He focused on my goals taking in consideration my weaknesses and strengths. He was always flexible to last minute changes on schedule and keep me on track with my goals with sensible motivation. I have to say goodbye due to relocation to another state. I appreciate everything he did for me in the over a year of training. 100% Recommended.

I've been working with Anthony for about 3 months now, and it's been a terrific experience. I explained the two most things to me (punctuality and getting my butt kicked) and he's definitely delivered. I look forward to our appointments each week and have noticed improvements in the 3 Big S's: strength, sleep, and of course, selfies. :) In all seriousness, it's a pleasure working with Anthony. I wouldn't be working out or as healthy without him.
