I am a custom woodworker, specializing in all forms of interior trim, finish trim and cabinetry. It can be as simple as installing a baseboard to a building, installing built-in bookcases, ornate rails, cabinets, and entertainment centers, as well as installing trim in an entire custom home.

I enjoy helping contractors and homeowners with their projects. I treat all projects, no matter how big or small, with the same enthusiasm and detail, right through the finish. I view it as a privilege to help in any way for the best outcome. I have many more pictures that can be seen when looking at your next project.

I have owned my own business for 5 years, and I have enjoyed it. I also have been in this business for over 10 years.

I am a family man who takes pride in my work, and I would love to be a part of your next project!

Thank you.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. The most important part of hiring a great finish carpenter is to have proof of thier work in pictures and in references. These references are best if they come from homeowners as well as general contractors they have worked for. Also, believe it or not, appearance tells everything about a person. You want to make sure that you are professional in how you look as well as how you communicate with your past, present, and future clients.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would want to know what is involved with my proect. I would want a detailed bid with every line item explained in a way i can easily understand. I would want to know where each and every last penny will be going on that bid so that there is no misunderstanding. If i was unsure how the particular job was to be installed, I would want to have it explained to me the best of the contractor's ability.

As for inside secrets, it's important to make sure that you have good photo documentation to show the client to help them see what it is you did on their project. This will also allow you to know what type of materials they used to be sure it matches up with what they intended to use.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Do you have references?
Do you have photo's of previous work?
Do you have a contract to be executed on that project?
How long have you been in this business?
Can you tell me what types of material will be used on my project?
When can you start?
How long will it take start to finish on this project?
Can I have a reciept for materials and labor?
Do you have a warranty?
Is it in the contract?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I enjoy getting the the littlest details precise, this way the whole finished product looks that much better. I also have the ability to see a bare wall or area and design something that fits that space perfectly according to the requests from a homeowner or contractor.

It takes the right kind of person to be able to understand the vision of your customer and be able to deliver that vision to them just they way they want it. I have several pictures and refences to provide upon further request. I have too many pictures to list on this site and would love to show them all.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. i have always enjoyed working with wood and making different products that are beyond what is expected. I truly enjoy working with people and at the end of the project, seeing the look on their face and the feedback they give, knowing they got just what they wanted.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What do you think I should do in this area? I answer by finding out what the space will be used for and adjust the project accordingly.
