Inquired about having my floor refinished in 2013 due to three or four 'worn' spots. Within a few short months, my tenants were complaining of splintering and now (2016), my floor has huge areas with gaps between the joints. Fred, although friendly and very responsive via email and phone, explained after the splintering occurred and more recently, that my floors were sanded as much as they could have been sanded, it's on its 'last life.' In retrospect, this job probably should have never been done, given that sanding the floors resulted in splintering and gaps. The entire integrity of the floor is now compromised in trying to fix a few worn spots. This is very upsetting and probably could have been avoided with good professional advice. Previously, I was dealing with minor issues...now, expensive issues that could have been avoided if I had just known how to fix the worn spots and had been advised against re-sanding.

Fred Roth did an amazing job on our floor. He and Steve are professional, and completed the job in such a timely manner, I was fortunate to have next day service. They went above and beyond for us, excellent quality work. We would recommend them above anyone else.
