Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Most of what we do is common sense, but building the skills and technique to execute everything well takes a lot of practice and is not as easy as it looks.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We follow the Golden Rule - if the quality of work isn't good enough for our homes, it's not good enough for yours either. Our attention to detail is impeccable and we back all of our work with a guarantee. Not only that, but we provide complete solutions for everything your home or business needs from construction and repairs, to computer and network maintenance.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We love helping people turn their house into a home that suits them completely and also helping them maintain their investment by taking great care it of.
A lot of times, people are afraid to take on projects or don't know what kind of maintenance a house requires. We're here to help everyone with that.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Customers always ask us two things: 1) What can't you do? 2) When can you come back to do such and such? Our answer is that we can do pretty much anything including home maintenance and computer/network maintenance, but draw the line at structural remodels. And that we're always happy to make time for repeat customers. We love what we do and it shows in our work.
