Marcel just finished installing a new luxury vinyl floor in our kitchen, as well as new baseboards in our living room. The quality of his work is phenomenal! Marcel was extremely responsive, communicative, prompt and professional throughout the entire process. During the estimation process he thoughtfully listened to our needs and took time to explain things. He also took swift action to get us a reasonably priced estimate and add us to his schedule. 10/10 book Marcel with 360 Flooring. I received 3 estimates and am so glad I went with Marcel (he wasn’t even the cheapest option-but I knew he would do quality work). He completed my 1st floor, 1600 sq feet of LVP along with new baseboards. He also noticed that our hallway area wasn’t level and was able to efficiently do that work as well. It was so great working with Marcel and talking out options and utilizing his expertise.

The first thing that struck me about Marcel was his responsiveness. He's been a great communicator thru the whole process and was extremely responsive to my inquiries and requests. We talked about what needed to be done and came to decisions together. I told him what I wanted, he grounded the conversation in logistics and cost, and we developed an informed plan. It was great. The quality of his work was excellent too. He's a talented craftsman who takes pride in providing good solutions. In my case it was installation of an LVP floor - and the leveling that preceded it. The leveling was very involved and I have some high joists that limited what we could practically do, but he did the leveling in 3 pours and was able to flatten it well. The LVP went in smoothly, it sits down flat, and it looks great. Went so well that I also hired him to create sills for my 9 new windows, install casing around 7 door perimeters, and install about 200' of baseboard trim. He even brought in helpers to help me reach my scheduling goals. On professionalism, he was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, cleaned up after his crew, conscientious about minimizing the impact of construction, asked permission to leave tools hery overnight, and got the jobs done well - and at the price he quoted me. Marcel was great and id recommend him to anyone.
