Introduction: Intuition plays a large part in the methods I use. Along with communication, I pay attention to the energy I feel, and follow what I am guided to do. I go out of my way to help you heal by talking to mentors, and doing research or review, as needed. Though I am very skilled and knowledgeable, if I ever feel there is a therapist better suited for your needs, I will share that information. I am here to help you to achieve your healing goals. In addition, I sometimes receive supportive messages for clients. I love that I am able to help people release pain that they didn't know could be so simple - thinking that they had to live with it after trying other approaches that didn't work. These pains "that won't go away" are often trigger points (sore knots). It feels great to be able to witness people's tension leave (emotionally and physically) by taking care of the underlying muscular or energetic issues.
