I've tended bar for A Wild Thyme for 3 plus years and have truly enjoyed it! Great staff, wonderful clients and a great leader. First class events all the way! The client feedback has always been amazing. I highly recommend A Wild Thyme for all your catering needs!

A. Make sure that your proposals include ALL costs, and ask the caterer to describe or explain any additional costs that may come into play. It is also important to identify what complimentary, value-added services your caterer can offer. And of course, always ask about how the caterer can accommodate special dietary needs.
A. Many caterers use processed or prepared foods. When A Wild Thyme was started, it was important that we use only a fresh food product, prepared from scratch. Making sure that a caterer's food quality fits with your expectations is critical. You may get a good deal, but not necessarily good quality.
A. It's important to define your event. Specify the occasion, the style of food service, the type of food, and absolutely be clear about your budget. Just as when you dine at a restaurant, the chicken is going to cost less than the steak, and defining your budget allows the caterer to offer you the best suggestions for the money.
