- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to college and became a Paralegal, and the attorney I was working with went to open a mortgage company in 1982 and I went with him. Wow 30 years ago. Since then, I have been blessed to work with so many amazing people and help a lot of people. Thank you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Loan application, Pull credit, verify employment, go to closing with you, hold your and if needed, be just as excited as you are for your new mortgage, find the best option for you and discuss it with you, submit your loan to an underwriter and bottom line, this is a stressful time, so whatever the client needs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go to the state website - DORA and verify FULL licensing Go to the NAMB website and verify has gone above and beyond and code of ethics: www.namb.org Go to the National License Registry - NMLS and make sure FULLY licensed Work with someone that has a lot of experience and is well known in the industry and is in your local community.
