- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $195 for a 2 hour written consultation. All other pricing is variable dependent on the size and scope of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Colorado Real Estate License, am an Accredited Stager and CPM.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in the Multi-Family and Real Estate Industry and found I had a passion and strong skill set for problem solving and improving presentation naturally.
