- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to be a certified personal trainer, you must do a prescribed amount of continuing education every two years to keep your certification. This ensures the trainer is up to date with current techniques and programs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love health and fitness! It has been one of the best things in my life that has taken me to new levels in confidence, overall well-being and feeling good. I really want to share that passion with others.
