- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have fixed pricing for every customer, because every customer and their needs are different. I do offer fixed pricing for small one-off sessions or services (i,e. resume writing), but for ongoing coaching services, I start with a complementary consultation call where we talk through an action plan, and agree on a fair price for me to help them take these actions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet with them and get a better understanding of both where they are career wise and where they want to be. From there, we create an actin plan together on how to maximize their chances of arriving in their ideal career. This is all completely free, and if you choose to hire me, I will work my hardest to get you the job you are looking for.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started helping my friends and family on the side. I have always been very good and finding, interviewing for, and landing jobs. I suppose enough people in my life noticed that they asked me to help along the way. I found that this is a true passion for me, and so I am opening this up to others!
