- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing to the price that you agree to is the price that you pay. We charge an $89 service call fee to see what the problem is and to give you a flat rate quote for the service. We are happy to waive that fee if we perform the service for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What about a quote? We actually do not quote prices until we have seen the job. The reason is we want to be fair to you and make sure we are looking at the whole issue. A lot of places try to get their foot in the door with some low advertised price just as a reason to upsell you on things you may or may not need. We don’t work that way. We want to provide honest, real quotes that are just what you need to be done. So we can come out and take a look for sure. We have an $89 service call fee to come out and diagnose the actual problem and give you a flat rate quote for fixing it. We are happy to waive the service call fee if you opt to have us perform the service.
