A. How much will this service cost me? We are very competitive with our prices. We will not, however, sacrifice quality and your safety, for price.
How long will I have to wait for a tech to arrive? Once scheduled, we are at the job site within 15 minutes (either side) of your scheduled appointment. If not,we'll call you.
What kind of glass do you use? Is it Original Equipment quality? We use only PPG and Pilkington glass--unless requested otherwise by our customers. This ensures the same quality glass that came with their vehicle from the factory.
Do you take credit cards? Yes, we take VISA, Mastercard and Discover.
Do you accept insurance claims. Yes, we gladly accept claims from all insurance companies and we are listed as a Preferred Provider with mostm insurance companies.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. There are no CE's required in our industry, but we have certifications with 2 product providers, and are working to become NGA certified.
