We scheduled a tasting with the folks after I attended a bridal show where they had a booth. We were more than impressed. We chose Chicken, Beef, Salad and a Mashed potato bar. The guests were so pleased we had no problems with requests of taking left overs home. BUT, that isn't even the best part. You think you are hiring caterers to just bring you great food, but at Salt of the Earth they went above and beyond in everyway. I was the most inexperienced bride, and they took care of bartending, serving station for the tri-tip, they served our guests, picked up our rental dishes and linens, set up our tables and cleaned the tables when we were done eating. I cannot say enough good things about Salt of the Earth. Patrick was there until the end and he was always one step ahead of us the whole night. He brought two very courteous, well mannered, clean, dressed perfectly employees to assist and he made out day PERFECT! I know now why they are always booked and don't answer emails super fast, it is because they are busy and well worth the wait. Sherry will get back to you, and you will not be disappointed at all. There are a million other things I could say but I believe you will get the jist... Our wedding was 8/13/2016 and our guests are still talking about everything days later.

Salt of the Earth Catering is hands down the best caterer in Colorado Springs. They handled our function professionally and deliciously! The food was amazing! The entire event was served with flair. We will definitely only use Salt of the Earth for future dinner parties and events. What a jewel!

I was hosting my family at my home to celebrate my promotion in the military and I was looking for food that we could sort of 'graze' on all night while we visited. Salt of the Earth staff worked with me to provide a tailored menu. They were on time, and the food was fabulous, exactly what I was hoping for....some elegant, some healthy, and some filling. Thank you, overall an excellent experience and a service that I will use again in the future.

We had a Mexican fiesta for our family the Saturday after Christmas and Sherry and Patrick fixed us an amazing dinner for 33 people. They delivered it to our home right on time, set everything up and were gone in 10 minutes. The food was delicious and the price was SO affordable. Don't stress ever again when you are going to have a crowd in ~ let Salt Of The Earth Catering do it all for less than you would spend shopping for the food. Thumbs up and a rating of EXCELLENT/OUTSTANDING to this marvelous catering company.
