After a long day at work, just imagine coming home to a healthy, home-cooked dinner for you and your family. There's no messy kitchen to clean up, and there's no racing to the store. It's just a delicious meal prepared to your liking.

A lot of new parents and dual couples are discovering how our personal chef services give them more quality time to spend with each other and their children.

It is more affordable than you think. Our personal chef services are very reasonable. You can choose up to five meals per week for any number of people.

The food is tailored to your taste buds. You choose the meals in advance from our broad menu. There is no problem with low fat, vegetarian, or kosher.

A. I would look for authentic Italian Food and a Chef that takes Pride about what food he shares with the customer! A Chef that is passionate about his Craft.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I specialize in Sicilian Quizine and I prepare everything from scratch with fresh herbs and spices from sicily just like Mama use to make! When You come to Taste Of Sicily Catering and My Personal Chef Service. It is like
comming to an Itlalian restaurant In Southern Italy.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love to meet people and love when they enjoy their meal. I have a deep passion in being my customers

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How did you become an Italian Chef and where did you learn to cook? My Mother was from Sicily and I guess you could say I have this in my blood.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I Recently Catered a Wedding for 150 and the Bride and Groom stayed until the Reception was over.They loved
the Food and especially the Canoly's(Yum)

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That food is prepared with love and perfection! It is not about just providing food but an experience.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have always had a passion for cooking, so it was an easy transition. I was also a standup comic and still
perform as a comic while I am cooking as well! i love to
teach italian cooking as well.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. i recently catered a wedding for a couple that had limited funds and went away knowing they all had a great time and it was very successful. It is all about quality Great service.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am always adding new recipes to my business. I work hard at researching all new fresh specialites on a weekly
basis.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The business will always succeed when you first give great service but stay passionate about what you serve
your customers. It is always about quality.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. I served 150 people for a wonderful wedding and the total prep time was over two weeks. The cost was in
the two to three thousand arena. There were four dinner entes' and appitizers , canoly's Chocolate covered strawberries, arugula salad with a parmasan cup with gorgonzola and lemmon shallot vinagerette.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. I Charge per person and add a fee for more than one dinner Entre' I also have a charge for appitizer trays.

A. Give the Best service and the best food everytime you serve. They deserve your best!
