My daughter went. It cost her twice as much as at another store. Rethought it would be one day service and were willing to pay more for that, but it took a week. So, we just paid more without the advantage of a quick repair.

I took a look at your work order and it looks like the laptop was brought in on Saturday December 6th right before we closed and picked up on Tuesday December 9th. This would be considered a 2 business day turnaround since we are closed Sundays and we don't count the day you dropped it off. Also we are one of the very few places in town that stocks laptop screens and most of the other shops buy them from us anyway. $120 for a brand new laptop screen installed is by far the lowest price you will find in Colorado Springs from a reputable computer store.

These guys are the best they made a quote for my broken laptop screen.they had the best prices here in Colorado Springs and they even had my screen and it was only a 15 min wait or less they did it so quick thank you so much i really appreciate it you guys are awesome.

Responded quickly to my need and since they had parts in stock, were able to repair it within 4 hours of dropoff. They were very friendly and customer-oriented and I would definitely use them again.
