Introduction: There are a lot of "Fly By The Night" computer technicians. These are people who play around with computers and know just enough to be dangerous but not enough to truly know what they are doing. We have always only hired Technicians who have the industry standard Certifications including CompTIA's A+ Certification so that we know our customers are getting the service that they are paying for. The satisfaction that our customers show on their face when we tell them that we were able to get their computer up and running when they were so worried that they lost everything.

We have been using A+ Certified ever since they had their retail store many years ago. They have always been incredibly professional and very nice people. We have always been satisfied with their service and the technicians do a fantastic job explaining the problems to us. The rates are always very reasonable. I highly recommend using them and they do give free estimates which is a very nice service :)

We had numerous problems installing Windows 8 on our computer and contacted A+ Certified Computer Service for help. We opted to drop off the computer as it was a little cheaper. Within 24 hours they had the computer working like new and even delivered it to us at no extra charge. Thanks so much!
