- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $90 per hour for remote service to residential and business clients, $90 per hour for drop off service and $100 per hour for on site service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet at our office and talk about whatever project is on the table face to face. It gives us a good idea what the client really wants and needs and allows us to get a feel for each other. If that isn't your cup of tea we also take phone calls!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading about new technologies and keeping up to date with the newest trends in automation and mobile integration.
