- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every yard is unique, and every homeowner has different desires, I don't have a set price, I like to just make sure my customer's needs are met, and that they are happier after I'm done because of my work on their property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can't tell you how many people love the fact that I come out to their home for free to do an initial inspection and estimate. It lets me meet the homeowner, hear their needs, and make sure I can deliver everything they want. I go over my services and what it included then give my personalized bid. I don't accept payment until my customer is happy with the work I've done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly educating myself about plant/grass issues in our area so I can be helpful to homeowners about their homes and the plants they have on their property.
