Q: How long should I call ahead to schedule an appointment? A: You don't really need to schedule an appointment but if you want to be certain that I arrive at a specific time and date then I recommend to call one to two days in advance. Q: I have an emergency, how long will it take you to get to my house? A: I pride myself with fast and friendly service and it takes us approximately 35 minutes to arrive at your location, if you are in the Colorado Springs area. In the outlying areas, it will take longer. If I am a few minutes late please be understanding. Q: I want all my locks at my house to be the same key, is that possible? A: Yes, If you want me to re-key your house, that is not a problem. This is great for people who want the safety of more than one lock but the convenience of one key. Q: I am moving into a new home/apartment/business, should I re-key or replace the locks even though they are working properly? A: Of course! This is a matter of safety because you don't know who had the keys before you. This way, you can give people who you can trust a copy of your keys. Q: My lock works sometimes and sometimes it gets stuck, what should I do? A: Over time, locks can get old and worn down causing the pins to become loose causing the shaking. The best solution for this situation is to replace it or re-key it because the longer you wait, the greater risk you have of getting locked in or locked out.
