Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We notarize many different types of documents including legal, estate planning, business, financial, medical and real estate. We provide mobile notary service, so we can travel to your location, work place, hospital, nursing home, or meet at a coffee shop. We offer evening, weekend and emergency notary services, when most notary businesses are closed.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look for a notary that has completed notary training classes, the Colorado Notary Exam, and is a member of the National Notary Association. A true professional seeks continuing education to increase their knowledge and skills. Many notaries have not taken any training classes and are more likely to make mistakes.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are trained and experienced. As a state-approved notary training instructor, we train other Colorado notaries. We have passed the Colorado Notary Exam, and the National Notary Association training and exams for Certified Trusted Notary, Certified Notary Signing Agent and Trusted Enrollment Agent.
