Introduction: I believe I take a more modern, transparent approach with clients. I don't believe its beneficial for clients to wonder what concerns or thoughts the clinician has while engaged in therapy. I consider it more of a team effort. I'll work just as hard as you to achieve the results you would like in therapy. Also, if I feel like you aren't doing the work necessary to create the changes you crave, I'll be open and challenge you, as to why this may be happening. It's an amazing to be apart of so many people cultivating the lives, marriages and families they desire! It's truly powerful, I don't believe it can even be put into words.

The first time I wanted to go to counseling, I was very nervous to go and who I should go to. I am SO blessed to have found Jessica. I currently still go when necessary. She makes you feel very comfortable and her sessions leave you feeling ten times better than when you went in. She can help with anything and is a total rockstar! Highly, highly reccommended.

I've been a client at Thrive Counseling of Colorado for almost 2 years. Jessica helped me through what was the most difficult time of my life. Without giving specifics I went from being at the absolute lowest point in my life to being on top of the world. My career, my home life, my relationships, and most importantly my self-value have never been better. My husband and I saw Jessica for marriage counseling. It is daunting and intimidating talking to someone about your troubles, but Jessica made us feel comfortable from the first moment. From the very first session she was able to identify where we had difficulty and give us pointers to help us communicate better. It always felt like we were sitting down with a friend when we went to see her and we are so happy with the counseling she gave us. Jessica is down to earth and relatable. I would definitely recommend her practice to anyone.

Jessica is an excellent, insightful listener who immediately put me at ease during our initial meeting. She is understanding and encouraging, but challenging. Exactly what I need to grow. I love going to see Jessica and if I see her weekly or monthly or every couple of months, we pick up immediately where we left off because Jessica remembers everything I've told her previously (without referring to notes!). She has been a great sounding board for me during some critical times in my life. I plan to continue to talk with Jessica for many years to come.
