- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be upfront, competitive and fair…no need for price gouging. I offer a range of discounts for first time customers, first responders, military, veterans, seniors, and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start at the beginning and explain the process required for their needs. Make sure there is understanding and clear expectations of time, materials and cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a David of all trades, I have experience and most areas of residential repair, remodel, and maintenance.
