Nina is THE BEST trainer ever, period. She will get you going and show you your strength, and over time you will see amazing results. She will teach you about what you're doing and how to do it without hurting yourself. Her background in PT and comprehensive knowledge of the human body can help you overcome/work around any injury so you can be the fittest you possible.

If you are looking for a low impact, relaxing workout - go somewhere else :) Nina is going to kick your bootie into gear! What I love most about boot camps with Nina is that she's so encouraging. She motivates me in a positive way and is able to convince me to go further than I would on my own, and it works! She's constantly changing things up so it's fresh & exciting, not the same old routine. I get easily bored so that is very important and helpful to me. I highly recommend working with Nina. She's knowledgable and very skilled, not just in boot camps, but in nutrition and in the body (muscles, bones, health). A. Working out and meeting goals usually revolves around convenience and commitment. I am located between conifer and Evergreen so I am in the middle of these beautiful front range communities. Hiring a qualified trained, such as myself, keeps you at the commitment level you need!
A. I believe education is the key! Find out where your personal trainer was certified and make sure the certification program is nationally accredited. Knowledge of the human anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology is essential in putting together a safe and creative training program for each indiviual. There is a myriad of new research and information available for trainers to stay updated and current in their practice.
