- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our upfront service fee is 49.00 for repairs and diagnostics. If we are hired for the project this fee will be used towards the total cost of the project. We offer a 10% discount for SENIORS,MILITARY MEMBERS (ACTIVE AND VETERAN), FIRST RESPONDERS AND TEACHERS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers we will gather information on what the issue is, what time frame is expected and what a comfortable budget would be. We will then discuss options that fit the budget and time frame provided to make sure the process is as transparent and seamless as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the plumbing industry since 2018 both as stand alone company and as plumbers in other companies with government contracted and real estate jobs. We also have extensive experience in residential plumbing.
