- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are historically lower than most, (often times much lower). Additionally, 20+years of design, permitting and construction experience, Atlas instinctively saves people $$$ throughout the process by avoiding unnecessary expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process as follows: - Introductory phone call to discuss client's intent. Follow-up site meeting for visualization and project context, walk through to review and clarify ownership intent. Generate proposal based on scope of services as discussed. - Upon approval, begin Design Development drawings of project. This phase includes additional discussions and/or meetings as needed to refine the program, space planning, exterior elevations, roof form etc.. to ensure client's vision and intent are being conveyed in the architecturals. -Upon approval of DD, continue into Construction Documentation. Whereby, all the additional information is added to the plans. Project specifics, code referencing, construction detailing, including all the data and language needed by other consultants, municipal agencies, and contractors. - Delivery of hard copies and digital format of architectural set to ownership. Provide supplemental consultation for permitting and future needs. Remain available for general questions and assistance.

Master's degree University of Colorado Architectural College. 10+ years working at a firm. 15+ years owner Atlas LLC (land and pre-construction services) Intermittent construction experience throughout.
