FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair but not cheap. We vet our subs rigorously and we perform a majority of the work ourselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a quick phone call to see if we would be a good fit. If we are, we schedule an appointment to walk the job. We draft an estimate within 7-10 days due to our scheduling. Depending on both parties agreeing on the scope of work, pricing and availability of each other, we sign a General Service Agreement and collect a deposit to be booked on our schedule. We use applications to document the progress of the project for both of us to have. Lastly, we will not work with clients who want 6+ bids. We will not be the cheapest option. If pricing is the highest priority we probably won’t be a good fit for each other. We take our work seriously and our commitment to our clients reflects that as so.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I switched careers in my mid 20s from Non Profit work to construction due to interests and working with my hands. My partner Tanner has 15 years of heavy equipment experience
