Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Because we are thorough and pay attention to detail. We talk with the customer and see what they're needs are and help them with an honest evaluation of what needs to be done with their carpet or tile. We have always impressed our customers with stain removal and a spectacular shine of their floors, they love it when they see their reflection from the floor!

A. The fact that we have the experience and training to do our job well. There is no doubt that this type of work gives the customer a kind of relief knowing that their building looks clean and professional.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Pricing. We negotiate the terms depending on the square footage and the damage if you will to the carpet or floor. We believe that this is very important to the customer to have a detailed description of what needs to be accomplished so they know what to expect and what they are paying for. We don't just run in and, do the job, and run out; we want out customer to feel comfortable and know that they have a friend with this type of service that can be called upon to do the job right, the first time.
