Eric Helmick has twice catered our anual fund raising event. The service, food, and commitment were excelent. There were many compliments from those in attendance. He was also able to help us cut our costs and maintain a high quality of food served. Nick Brothers Cross Bar X Youth Ranch

Eric and Terri has done serveral High Tea fund raisers for our organization. The food was spectacular. Taste, color and presentation of the food was incredible. They had new wonderful creative ideas

Eric and Terry Helmick were absolutely wonderful to work with! Eric was very professional and very helpful during the planning process and worked with me to create the exact menu we wanted. The day of the event both Eric and Terry worked extremely hard to make our event perfect and to make sure that everything was taken care of. The food was wonderful and all of our guests commented on how great it was. I was also very impressed how thoroughly they cleaned up after our event, even going to the trouble of replacing the foil in the oven after using it. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the quality of service and food!!!

Eric is always easy to work with; creative and flexible. He works well within the established budget and designs culinary presentations that are real crowd-pleasers, both delicious and elegant. We will definitely work with him again!

Eric cooked a meal, in my home for a birthday party for my husband. It was a small gathering but he and his wife, Teri, provided wonderful food, perfect service, and made the evening easy, and totally enjoyable!

    Weddings, cocktail parties and private functions. Of course, many customers come to me and take part in my culinary courses which I offer weekly.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Always check references. A lot of folks say they are good in the kitchen or know how to cater, but it really does take talent and someone who can deliver an amazing experience on time and at the agreed upon price.
