Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. The most common type of request I receive is for virus and malware removals. New variants pop up every week infecting unsuspecting computer owners.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Many small repair shops employees at the big box stores are young high school or college students without much experience. – SpeedWise has over 13 years experience repairing, fixing, and supporting computers. When dealing with your most prized pictures, videos, and documents who would you rather trust to keep your data safe and get the job done right?
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Everyday is different. Working with computers presents many unique scenarios because there is so much variety in software and hardware.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have had a fascination with computers and anything technology related since I was a child. My interest really took off while I was in college and I have been working in the industry since.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Keeping up with technology is almost a full time job in itself. I use and or try out any new version of popular hardware and software that I can. I also read up on all the latest regularly. I will take a class if there is a need, and it will result in a service I can provide.
