This man knows his business!! He explained numerous things as we checked the iMac problems. Once he diagnosed the possible problem and what would be needed for repairs then we agreed on final price for his work. He took the iMac with him to his work shop to make the necessary repairs. His original diagnosis was spot on! Called the evening before the delivery of the iMac to tell me the good news on the fix. Plus setup a time the next day to bring the me iMac set it back up and how fast and prefect it work's. Also made some future suggestions for my other iMac. Very professional, knowledgeable and ease to talk with person! Wow! Thanks for someone like you! Les

Donovan was very responsive and available to diagnose issues with several Mac desktops at our small business on relatively short notice. Within about 2 hours he had optimized two slow computers and replaced the hard drive on a third which completely brought it back to life.
