- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing that we do is listen. When we speak to a new customer we let them drive the conversation as far as what the issue is. Only then can you customize an action plan to help that customer. Every situation is unique.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a lot of companies out there and you need to be diligent in your research. Are they willing to quote an accurate price BEFORE work is completed? What is there experience? Are they accredited with the BBB, if so what is there rating? Are there any complaints about their services online? There are many excellent providers in our field. If you properly research your choices, you will be able to find the right provider at the right price for you.
