Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have and always will go above and beyond the call of duty. So many people in this business like to cut corners, get a check and get out. I keep a great line of comunication open with my clients and and there to make them happy, after all that's why they called me in the first place. I can't say how many times I've been call to fix someone else's work. I am in this business to make people happy and by that I get my satisfaction.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love to make people happy and to see the smiles on their faces when a job is complete. From a small repair to a large remodel I am always quality minded. I get the most satisfaction out of getting referrals from a person, that just means that they are not ashamed to tell their friends, family or co-workers about me, my ethics and the quality of work I do.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q--- How did you get into this line of work?

A--- "Almost by accident", I say. I needed a break from the corporate world and went into housekeeping. My clients were very happy with my work, but I wanted to do somthing a little more specialized. I learned how to clean windows and very well I may add. While in my clients homes I had seen the shody workmanship of contractors and handypeople. Many times I had been asked "can you fix that while youre here?" and I ended up discovering my hidden talents.
From then on, I went to school for interior design and I am now persuing my bachelors degree in construction management.
