Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Always ask for references, make sure they are properly insured. Check there standing with the Better Business Bureau. Make sure they have a business location (showroom not a P.O. box)
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. That the people working in my home were employees and not sub contractors. Higher quality comes with employees who have to answer to the same person everyday.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How much experience or years in the trade. Do they specialize or do they do other things. A company that only does what they are good at will get you the better job and better price.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Are you prepared to be displaced? Some jobs take several days and is a huge inconvienance. I tell all my customers you will hate us while we are doing the work. But you will love us when its done.
