(Includes Sealer AND 2 coats of Oil Based finish) Third coat for $.25 per sq. ft. *Water Based sand, fill coat: starting at $2.30 per sq. ft. (Includes sealer AND 2 coats of Water Based finish) Third coat for $.35 per sq. ft. *Buff and Recoat starting at $.70 sq. ft. (This is the perfect idea for a floor that is in good condition, but just needs to get its "shine" back) *Stain $.50+ per sq. ft. (Depending on how dark the stain is. Custom stain work is available I.E. Stained Medallions, Trim, Words, Logos, etc...) *DYE 1.50+ per sq. ft. -We have a process available to turn your floors Black, Red, Green, or whatever color you wish without losing the hardwood look. This is a long, difficult process but the results are truly worth it. Installation All installation priced include: all material and all labor to install desired hardwood with water retardant moisture barrier, sand, fill and coat. Character white oak 2 1/4" or 3 1/4" with 1 coat sealer and 2 coats of Oil Based finish- $5.25 sq. ft. Grade #2 red or white oak 2 1/4" with 1 coat sealer and 2 coats of Oil Based finish- $5.75 sq. ft. Grade #1 red or white oak 2 1/4" with 1 coat sealer and 2 coats of Oil Based finish- $6.40 sq. ft. Select red or white oak 2 1/4" with 1 coat sealer and 2 coats of Oil Based finish- $7.00 sq. ft. Of course, we can get you any species of wood you would like. Rates vary We have the latest Clarke-American Sanders dust containment available for you convenience We can also prep your floors is needed for additional cost. (removing carpet, tack strips, paint, move furniture, remove staples, flatten sub-floors, etc.) Most floors can be complete in about 2-4 days minimum, depending on current condition of the floors and size.
