    These guys delivered exactly what I asked for and expected and they were very nice! They also drove to my house to Englewood from Thornton to pick up my laptop, which was such a huge help because I never have time between the hours of 6AM and 7PM to run any errands! Thank you!

    Creative Technologies was an all right company. My motherboard of my laptop was replaced by them. On the surface and the first impression I received, I thought they were the company I was looking for. However, my overall experience fell short of my expectations. My motherboard was repaired in a timely manner and the communication of the company was fair. It would have been nice if when I emailed them they would email me back with answers to my questions rather than emailing me to call them. Email is usually the best way for me to contact people with my schedule, but they insisted on phone calls, which led to games of phone tag. Ultimately, this prolonged the time it took to set up and resolve my computer issues.

    The labor pricing was reasonable at $50 an hour, but I was reminded numerous times, about how good the pricing was and that it was a thumbtack user rate. In actuality, this was the same labor rate numerous techs quoted. Additionally, regarding prices, I had an issue with their part prices. There was a miscommunication on the correct motherboard for my laptop. Which I suppose is partly my fault because the model number of the motherboard, which I gave them from the hp website wasnít the motherboard in my laptop. Although, I do believe protocol would be to get the serial number of the laptop to make sure the customer was correct. Rather than waiting until they received the laptop and quoted me a price for the parts and labor. Later, I found out that the motherboard cost any where between $20 and $50 less through other techniciansí vendors.

    Furthermore, the most disconcerting issue I had was with their customer service. When first discussing their services and whatís included with their services, they repeatedly emphasized how theyíre only responsible for what they fix and nothing more. At the time, I didnít think much about it and it seemed reasonable. But once you experience their lack of true concern with making sure your computer is up and running the way it should be rather than making sure they're not responsible for what's going on with your computer, you begin to question their integrity and if their pleasantries in the beginning are just a charade.

    When I returned home with my computer I was excited, it had been a week since I had it and was looking forward to catching up. Unfortunately, the computer was not running as fast as it had been and when I called not only was I interrupted by the technician in a defensive manner asserting that it's a memory problem and nothing to do with the work he did. As I continued explaining the problems I was having, he then said it was an operating system problem and once again, nothing to do with what he had done. He then informed me if I wanted more help there would be a fee involved.

    Overall, I thought I made a okay choice in a tech company and this is the first time I've had service done on a computer, so maybe this is how it's done, but not the experience I hoped it would be. In viewing it in their eyes, my motherboard was replaced and my computer is running. Itís too bad they weren't concerned with the customer experience and overall satisfaction of the service. I feel that there main concern was just putting the motherboard in and making sure it turned on. Rather than taking the time to make sure that my motherboard was the only issue I was having and insuring that my computer was working at an expected level of performance. I believe this is included in their initial hour of labor charges. I donít think the deserved amount of time was given or the respect a customer of such services deserves. In the future, I will seek other technicians for my computer needs and I would not recommend this company.

    The team at Creative Technologies was really great to work with. they were very prompt, courteous, and explained everything they did and they picked up and returned my computer to my house which is great as I don't really have alot of extra time (this was a $20.00 fee.) The turn around time for replacing the power supply was very quick plus they cleaned up the software on the computer and it now runs as fast as it did when new and this was included in the service. The creative Technologies was a little higher in price than a few other repair offers I received but, I do not regret the decision to use their services and will again if needed.

    I was impressed with the quick response to my "call for help". They came out and picked up my laptop the next day, fixed it and returned it within five business days. He also made some adjustments when I explained issues that I was having. JOB WELL DONE!

    Not only did they pick up from my home and return in a very reasonable amount of time, they fixed and then, when the same issue tried to come back, they rebuilt entire operating system -for no additional cost. Said it was warranty! From the office manager to the actual tech who visits your home, they are wonderful and knowledgeable people. I would have them build, diagnose or repair anything I own. They also looked at a Mac I was trying to purchase, and were honest in their assessment of it. Please feel confident in their work and knowledge. I will definitely use them again.

    Picked up the pc, diagnosed several problems, installed new network card, updated drivers and re-installed pc, gave same brief user tips, all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

    My house had a power surge and then my computer stopped being able to turn on (even though it was plugged into a surge protector!)

    A technician from The Creative Technologies was able to come to my house the same day I contacted them and diagnosed the problem quickly. I had some failing computer components which I'll need to replace, but the service from Creative Technologies was outstanding, painless, and the technician worked quickly so I didn't have to pay more than the 1 hour minimum.

    Was looking for a local repair shop to fix my wife's ipad2 screen and found Creative Technologies. Service turned out great, repaired the screen as new and even touched up the metal back a little bit. The only challenge was I had to wait 2 weeks while they had replacement screens on back-order. Not really their fault but the waiting time was a bummer. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in Denver.

    It was pretty embarrassing to have a computer problem I couldn't solve myself -- but much more embarrassing to have my most important hard drive fail and not have any backups. Really, I know better.
    I tried everything I could to recover the data off of a hard drive that could not be detected by any machine in my house, but I failed miserably. Desperate, I took it to Creative Technologies, and within a few days I had all of my data back. I still don't know why they could see the drive and I couldn't, but I don't really care. I'm just elated to have my pictures and music back!
    Two very, very awesome things:
    - Lady told me they wouldn't charge me unless they could recover my data (never met a tech company who didn't charge something just to take a look)
    - they quoted me one price upon dropping off my drive and when I went to pick it up, charged me $30 less, even though I was already prepared to write the check for the quoted amount. they would have totally gotten away with charging me more
    I've learned my lesson, and hopefully I will not need his help again. However I'm glad to know Creative Technologies are around if I find a problem I can't solve.
