If you just want someone to install a garden she is fine. But if you want to have any input into what your garden looks like,or if you have to stay on a budget, choose someone else (with better customer service skills). She is easily annoyed by questions or concerns and does not want to be bothered. Also she did not know the name or appearance of one of the most common weeds in Denver, and therefore did not remove them from my garden. She gave me a list of plants that would be put in the garden and what actually went in was quite different; she is not very good at planning.

I have been designing and installing gardens for over fifteen years. Sue had a limited budget for her garden, however, I managed to install a new garden within her budget. The garden was overrun with weeds and dog poop. I weeded weekly and the client installed a fence to keep the dogs out.
I provided the client with a plant list based upon availability and 90% of the plant selections were installed.
I always involve my clients in their garden design within their budgets, small and large. I do garden maintenance for over fifteen clients on a regular basis, I remove all weeds, whether I know their name or not.
This clients garden was turned from a pile of weeds and poop into a pretty, healthy garden.
