A. Sub-contractors are the key to your projects success. We use the same sub-contractors for years, so no surprises in quality or pricing.

A. Did you include everything to complete the job as requested?
How are change orders handled?
How many jobs like mine have you completed in the last year?
Who will be doing Project Management?
What are my tasks to be completed before and during construction?
How will dust be handled?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Budget considerations. Have an idea of what you want to spend but be flexible with how you want to spend that money. Make a priority list of must haves and items you would like to have but could live without
