Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure who you hire is a credible working incorporated business. Testimonials are always great thing to look for. Also, an extensive portfolio and educational background in the graphic design field should be present. Lastly, if the person you would like to hire does not get back to you in a timely manner, look for someone else to work with.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Understand the value of which you are receiving from the Graphic Artist you are hiring. You are not only paying for their services, you are paying for their artistic talent (which takes years to develop). You are also paying for the high end quality results that come from the designer's programs, and knowledge of the industry, printing process, and or web results.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What are your terms...how many revisions will you receive? Anything less than three and you know the designer isn't working in your best interest.

Also make sure to ask what the copyright terms are of the agreement. You should have FULL rights to use your paid for designs how ever you wish.

Lastly, make sure to ask what professional background your designer has.
