I have taught guitar lessons for 10 years all over the Denver area, and I have played guitar for close to 20 years.
I graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in jazz guitar performance studies.
I am proficient on the guitar in most genres of music, and I love to teach. I have had students as young as 7 and as old as 70, and I enjoy working with any age.
I am also available for group lessons.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Find a teacher that you are comfortable with and who can excite you about the musical journey. I like to expose my students to artists they would find exciting. It is important to have musical heroes to look up to.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Becoming good at any instrument is a demanding process. It is important to remember that the small victories are very important, and that music is a labor of love for your instrument and yourself.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. A consumer should ask about the instructor's experience, and make sure it is the right fit for them. If you wanted to play blues guitar like Jimi Hendrix, you wouldn't want to take lessons from someone that has only ever played classical music.
