I have recently attained a Bachelor of Music Degree from the University of Denver in Classical Guitar performance with a 3.81 degree GPA. I have been playing the guitar for the past 10 years, and have been performing and teaching classical guitar for the past 5 years. I have taught children and adults of all levels and abilities, and love sharing my passion for this great instrument to my students.
If you have a desire to learn classical guitar or simply a desire to improve your skill level, my private lessons are tailored to the specific needs of each individual student. In my classes, you will learn proper right hand and left hand technique, musical phrasing, rhythm, and music theory.
My customers come away better guitarists after each and every lesson, with a greater understanding and passion to expand their musical talents.

Travis did a great job. Made me feel very at ease and was very encouraging. He is passionate about the guitar and that passion is contagious! I came away educated and inspired and more confident in my playing ability. He has a great eye for detail.

Travis is an excellent instructor, very patient and thorough, which I appreciated as an absolute beginner in classical guitar. I would recommend him to anyone, beginner or advanced, who is seeking a customized lesson plan with a professional teacher.
