Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The products that a client uses on a daily basis does play a big part in how good, (or bad) that their hair looks and how well the color reacts. You can't do what I do unless you use what I use!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Fabulous haircolor doesn't just happen, it takes skill and a great product to create it. Framesi is that product with its low ammonia and ammonia free products. This allows the artist to create beautiful color with very little loss of protein during the service. This means great shine and longer lasting color for the client. Also allow the client to change from color to color without compromizing the hair's integrity.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Making my client feel better about the way they look giving them a heightened sense of confidense so they can be the best that they can be!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What would you do to my hair? The answer is always different, depends on clients skin tone, face shape, eye color, and lifestyle. A haircolor and style only works if the client is happy because ultimately that is what it's all about!

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Just because someone has a license does not make them a proffessional. It is what you do after you are licensed that makes you a true proffessional!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. As an educator for Framesi haircolor my color education is maintian by the company thru updates as well as out in the field teaching I learn as well. I also attend the trade shows in the larger cities where I learn the latest techniques and see the latest technology.
