I was impressed with Charly’s Hardwood from the start as they showed up for the estimate on time, we’re professional, answered all my questions, and got me the quote the same day. After hiring them to remove carpet, install luxury vinyl planks, and refinish existing hardwood floors, they showed up on time, did great work, and finished on time. Jonathan communicated well with me throughout the entire project and always made sure you were happy with his work. It was obvious customer satisfaction is very important to the entire team. I had a new door installed a couple weeks after the job was was completed and a couple planks were damaged. Jonathan came over and replaced the planks at no cost to me. Will definitely recommend Charly’s and hire Charly’s for any future flooring projects.

I cannot leave enough praise about Charlys Hardwood in a simple review. They are masters of their craft, kind people and very professional. I was watching them as they were packing up to leave each day, and they would take the time to push in the patio chairs they used, picked up their trash and left their work area clean and the rest of the house was usable each evening during construction. I couldn't be happier with the end result as well!

Charley wasn't the lowest bid we got...but he was close. I picked him because the bid he provided was professional and detailed. I was not disappointed. The workmanship was impeccable. He was fast to respond throughout the entire process. And his crew was great. Cannot say enough good things about Charley's Hardwood.
