Capstone provides customized quotes based on the specific requirements of each customer. Pricing may vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the installation, the size and type of the TV, the location of the mount, and any additional services requested. Depending on the season or any ongoing promotions, we may offer discounts or special packages for bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It involves an initial consultation, on-site evaluation, customized proposal, agreement and scheduling, equipment procurement (if necessary), installation, testing and calibration, customer orientation, and post-installation support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4+ years in the construction business and practical experience through apprenticeships or working under experienced technicians.
