Introduction: The Cleaning Brothers have come to Denver, and we are here to dazzle. We offer sparkling results that will not leave your wallet empty. We pay close attention to detail and never spare any skills, when it comes to your home. We will clean it like it's our own. We perform same-day cleaning, move-out specials, regular cleanings, and commercial cleanings, as well as one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning. * Residential rates: 3-hour cleaning special: $50 4-hour cleaning special: $65 5-hour cleaning special: $85 Our standard guidelines for service: * Dusting: file cabinets, copy machines, bookshelves, tables and other furniture will be dusted with a treated dust cloth. Low dusting of chair rails and legs, desks and table legs, baseboards, ledges, vents, etc. High dusting of ledges, picture frames, door frames, vents, etc. Vertical dusting of sides of desks, cabinets, files, bookshelves, etc. * Desks: Desktops will be dusted with a treated cloth during each service and polished or damp wiped. Papers left on desks will not be disturbed. Desk accessories, including computer screens (if turned off), calculators, calendars, and letter trays will be dusted. * Telephones: Telephones will be dusted and sanitized. * Windowsills: Windowsills will be dusted. * Mini-blinds: Mini-blinds will be dusted. * Upholstered furniture: All upholstered furniture will be vacuumed. * Vinyl furniture: All vinyl furniture will be damp wiped and dried. * Water fountains: Water fountains will be cleaned, sanitized and polished during each service. * Finger marks: Finger marks and smudges will be removed from desks, partitions, doors, light switches and woodwork. * Carpets: Carpets will be vacuumed during each service with a commercial power vacuum in all open areas and traffic ways. All carpeting will be thoroughly vacuumed, including knee holes of desks, behind doors, under and behind movable furniture and equipment. Edges and corners will be vacuumed. Small spots will be removed weekly; excessive spot removals are accepted. * Tile floors: Tile floors will be thoroughly swept with a treated dust mop. Complete mopping will be done as needed. * Mats and runners: Mats and runners will be cleaned during each service and thoroughly vacuumed or damp mopped. * Plastic chair mats: Plastic chair mats will be spot cleaned. * Glass partitions: Partition glass will be completely cleaned. Walls: smudges and marks will be removed from walls, as long as their removal doesn't spoil the wall's general appearance. * Trash disposal: Trash containers will be emptied each service, and trash will be taken to the designated area. Plastic liners from your stock will be installed, as needed. Trash containers will be cleaned when needed; excessive washing is accepted. * Cobwebs: Cobwebs will be removed from window frames and corners. * Entrance and reception areas: Special attention will be given to this area to ensure that a favorable impression is presented to everyone who enters your facility. * Entrance glass: Glass in entrance doors and receptionist partitions will be cleaned each service on both sides to remove smudges and fingerprints. * Furniture: Reception desk and tabletops will be polished or damp wiped during each service. Vinyl furniture will be damp wiped. Upholstered furniture will be vacuumed. Magazines will be stacked or arranged in an orderly manner. * Floors: Floors will be vacuumed or swept and damp mopped during each service. * Restrooms: We realize that your restrooms are an area of special concern and attention to you and your employees. Our objective is to keep them clean, sanitized and fresh on a consistent basis. * Fixtures: Toilet bowls, toilet seats, urinals and sinks will be cleaned and sanitized during each service. Bright metal will be cleaned and polished during each service. * Trash containers: Trash containers will be emptied during each service and trash will be taken to a designated area. Exterior of containers will be spot cleaned during each service. Plastic liners will be installed from your stock. * Glass: Glass and mirrors will be cleaned and polished during each service. * Walls: Splash marks will be removed from walls around sinks and dispensers during each service. Ceramic walls will be spot cleaned during each service. Partition walls and doors will be spot cleaned during each service, as well as wiped down and sanitized. * Dispensers: Dispensers will be cleaned and polished during each service, and supplies will be installed from your stock. * Floors: Floors will be swept, damp mopped and sanitized during each service. * Lunchroom, kitchen and coffee areas: In order to help you provide a pleasant, attractive atmosphere for your employees, these areas will be maintained in a clean, sanitary condition. * Furniture: Tables and counter tops will be damp wiped during each service. Chairs will be spot cleaned during each service. * Cabinets and metal work: Cabinet exteriors will be spot cleaned during each service and thoroughly cleaned. Bright metal will be cleaned and polished during each service. * Vending machines: Machines will be spot cleaned during each service and damp wiped weekly, if it's not included in vendor’s contract. * Trash containers: Trash containers will be emptied during each service and the trash taken to a designated area. Exterior of containers will be spot cleaned during each service. Plastic liners will be installed from you stock. * Floors: Floors will be vacuumed or swept and damp mopped during each service. * Microwave ovens: Microwave ovens will be cleaned and damp wiped inside and out.
