- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate pricing book for repairs and general guidelines for furnace and air conditioning installations and replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself with a handshake and a business card, so they know who I am. I typically chat for a bit about their current problem and any history of their system. I then get to work with drop cloths if necessary. and with foot protection in place troubleshoot the current situation. I will the share with the customer what the best course of action and proceed as directed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started hands on and began taking as many classes as I could, including factory training and NATE. I have a college degree in electronics which helps
