Amazing coach! I spent some time looking for a coach I could relate with and connect to, and I found coach Eric at the perfect time. Our first complimentary session was so powerful I hired him right there and then. Ever since then, each session has been so powerful. He offers multiple great options, and I highly recommend his long-term packets. They truly are transformative. I was drawn to Coach Ferguson from the very beginning and I know that I have grown in a multitude of ways as a result of our sessions together. He continually supported and uplifted me to look at my life from different angles and attain my goals though his probing questions and providing accountability. I always felt heard as I came out of each session feeling renewed and inspired. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first meet over a discovery call. As I coach, i will assess what is holding you back, whether that be habits, mindset, beliefs, lack of purpose etc. From there, we will come up with a game plan to take small action steps today toward your most important goals. You will become aware of what is holding you back from the life that you envision. I will provide coaching tools, accountability, support and guidance at a professional level. However, there are no guarantees. No goals will be accomplished and your life will not change unless you are willing to take action. Small consistent steps each day lead to big victories.
